The school of managementhas invited Dr. yang to give an academic lecture for our staff, which in order to strengthen our academic ability about academic exchange and cooperation with outside. The lecture named by which taken placed in the library on 17thApril.
First of all, Dr. Yang gives a brief introduction about health economics background and development process in the UK, and detail information about the British National Health Service(NHS)and the Britishnon-governmentalorganizationNational Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) which play importantrole in health economic development in the UK. And then, she was introduced practicing conditions and remuneration with British GPs and specialist. In addition, Dr. Yang based on some teaching and research experience by herself, who sharing some information about course setting and practice in the UK and recommending a number of well-known research centers for our teachers. Finally, Dr. Yang expressed that she willing to further develop academic exchanges and cooperation with the school of Management.
